Today it is seen that local development policies have been very important concept in macroeconomic policies of the countries. Countries spend great effort to integrate with global economy on one side and to integrate internally on the other side. On the other hand, globalization process in the world economy since 1970s has brought substantial changes about the local development concept and policies. Thus, uncovering and activating new local dynamics have become very important in this respect.
